Our client is a commodity trading firm.

## Job Description ##

* Manage all stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, offboarding, induction, and work authorization processes.
* Handle social insurance registrations and provide end-to-end HR support to staff, including issuing necessary documentation.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records using digital HR systems.
* Ensure timely updates to employee data, benefits, and compensation details.
* Oversee monthly payroll processing for Switzerland and other relevant countries.
* Respond to employee inquiries, address grievances, and resolve HR-related issues.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
* Ensure HR processes are clearly documented and accessible to all staff.
* Advise managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

* Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
* Strengthen employer branding through effective use of the Applicant Tracking System.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification or equivalent qualification.
* 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
* Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.

* Inquisitive and open to challenging existing processes; enthusiastic about new HR technologies and practices.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Capable of working independently and handling pressure.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Culturally sensitive and respectful of diversity.
* Proficient in IT tools, especially Excel.
* Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
