Client Manager – Bilingual French-German OASI Fund ( %)Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Center is the company serving businesses and the private economy.Employing nearly 370 people, we offer a range of first-rate services: social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, targeted training, management of continuing education and higher education through our brand.To strengthen our OASI Fund team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a:Missions- Process and monitor OASI declarations (new cases, specific cases, and exchanges with the Central Compensation Office) and manage requests related to individual accounts (extracts, accounting entries, data management from multiple sources)- Manage requests from self-employed individuals- Respond to client requests, by phone and in writing, in French and German- Ensure the management of mail, emails, and requests from our digital platform- Collaborate with internal departments and provide cross-functional support as needed- Advise, accompany, and inform affiliates, insured persons, and employersYour profile- Federal VET Diploma in commerce or equivalent qualification- Federal Diploma in social insurance (or in progress)- Experience (min. 5 years) within an OASI fund strongly recommended (or in the field of social insurance)- Solid knowledge of the OASI system, its principles, and its processes- French as a native language and very good command (min.
