Your mission:

To be available to the Upper Valais patient whose mother tongue is German throughout their hospital stay in order to facilitate communication with the nursing and medical staff.

Support the nursing and medical staff in communication in Upper Valais German and German with the patient and their relatives.

Your profile:

Tertiary nursing diploma (general care recognised by the Red Cross, HES, DNII)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute care unit

Bilingual German-French with a good understanding of Upper Valais dialect

Open-mindedness, interpersonal ease, sociability

Active listening skills

Availability and flexibility

Regular working hours from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
