Your responsibilitiesVersatile Assistant FR/ENYour responsibilities- Welcome visitors, manage telephone calls and mail.- Organize meetings, manage calendars, and provide support to teams (expense reports, travel, etc.).- Process and track invoices as well as accounting data in the ERP and participate in accounting follow-up.- Contribute to accounting closings and ensure the reliability of financial data.Profile- Degree in commerce or accounting.- First experience in a similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an ERP or accounting software.- Experience in Swiss accounting is an asset.- Fluent French and good level of English; Spanish and/or German are a plus.- Organized, rigorous, versatile, autonomous person with an excellent sense of service.- Experience in Switzerland is necessary.Permanent position jid4f23107aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
