Bike Workshop and Integration Manager (90%) - Permanent Contract

Salary scale: 6 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at class -1)

What you bring to our mission

Within the Training and Integration Measures Department, you play an essential role in the socio-professional support of migrants. Through managing a Bike Workshop, you promote the development of technical, linguistic, and transversal skills, while supporting participants in their integration journey and autonomy. In connection with internal teams and external partners, you actively contribute to their social and professional inclusion.

Your key missions

  • You lead and manage the Bike Workshop by transmitting technical skills and supervising participants in their activities.

  • You ensure the reception, monitoring, and evaluation of participants, while supporting their motivation and integration project.

  • You organise workshop activities, ensure the quality of services, and guarantee compliance with safety rules.

  • You handle the administrative follow-up of the programme and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the socio-professional integration of beneficiaries.

Your profile

  • Federal VET Diploma as a cycle mechanic or proven experience in the field.

  • Confirmed 3 years’ experience in the field.

  • Strong interest in migration, interculturality, and professional integration.

  • Ability to work in a network and develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ease with administrative tasks and drafting follow-up documents.
