- Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Verkauf und Produktion (Bäckerei)
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams – inklusive Rekrutierung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitenden
- Planung und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Rezepturen, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Betrieb – sowohl in der Produktion als auch im Verkauf
- Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation der Produkte und eines exzellenten Kundenerlebnisses
- Verantwortung für Einkauf, Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle
- Koordination von externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
IHR PROFIL
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Detailhandel, in der Gastronomie oder Bäckerei
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion (z. B. Filialleitung, Produktionsleitung)
- Starkes Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamorientierte, empathische und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Belastbar, flexibel und lösungsorientiert
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an hochwertigen Produkten

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall management of store and bakery operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Leading, motivating and developing the team – including recruitment and training of new employees
- Planning and organizing daily workflows to ensure smooth production and sales operations
- Ensuring compliance with recipes, quality and hygiene standards
- Active participation in daily operations, both in production and customer service
- Guaranteeing appealing product presentation and excellent customer experience
- Managing purchasing, goods control and quality assurance
- Coordination of external service providers and suppliers
YOUR PROFILE
- Background or experience in retail, gastronomy or bakery production
- Several years of leadership experience (e.g. store manager, production supervisor)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to quality and detail
- A communicative, empathetic and hands-on personality
- Reliable, flexible and proactive approach
- Passion for working with people and high-quality food products
