  • Manage raw material stocks and ensure their proper storage.
  • Comply with current hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and products.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in bakery-pastry or equivalent experience.
  • Mastery of artisanal production techniques.
