Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, viennoiseries and pastries according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products throughout the day.
- Manage raw material stocks and ensure their proper storage.
- Comply with current hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and products.
Qualifications
- Diploma in bakery-pastry or equivalent experience.
- Mastery of artisanal production techniques.
