The Château de Grandson, an important site located by Lake Neuchâtel, will reopen after significant renovations. In this context, the Château de Grandson is developing Le Châtelet, a café-bakery integrated into the site, designed as a quality meeting space with the ambition of becoming a reference point. To support this project, the Château de Grandson is recruiting, starting September 1 or to be agreed, a: BAKER (Permanent contract, 80%) Your mission: You are a passionate individual eager to invest in a unique project by designing and ensuring the bakery production of Le Châtelet, in line with the identity of the venue. You autonomously organize the activity of the bakery to ensure a regular artisanal production, adapted to the needs of the site and its events. Main responsibilities: - Define and evolve the offer of breads, pastries, and bakery specialties.- Ensure daily production and productions related to site events.- Plan volumes and adapt production to seasonality and activity peaks.- Organize the work of the team and coordinate the activity of the bakery assistant.- Manage stocks, ingredients, and minimize waste.- Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).Your profile: - CFC in baking or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years of experience in artisanal bakery with demonstrated ability to ensure production autonomously (position or service).- Full mastery of artisanal techniques (shaping, baking).- Strong interest in artisanal baking, sourdough, and product quality.- Ability to organize, plan, and adapt production according to activity.- Strong sensitivity to product quality and ingredient origin.- Knowledge and rigor regarding HACCP standards.- Reliability, sense of responsibility, and desire to progress.- Team spirit, adaptability, and calm in unforeseen situations.We offer: - A new workspace designed for comfortable artisanal production and real freedom to develop a bakery offer in line with the identity of the Château.- A place within a committed team that shares values of quality, transmission, and meaningful work that will directly contribute to the visitor experience of an important site.How to apply?
