Baguette SetterMissionWithin the scope of this role, in our Apparel Division, you will be responsible for performing baguette and invisible setting work according to Philippe quality criteria.Responsibilities- Perform primarily baguette and invisible setting of various types of stones on all types of materials (gold, steel).- Master various setting techniques: traditional, pavé, bezel, mechanical.- Ensure the quality, precision, and finishing of the pieces produced.Profile- CFC or BMA in setting or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 3 years of experience in traditional setting.- Minimum 1 year of experience in baguette and invisible setting.- Mastery of baguette, invisible, and pavé setting techniques.- Knowledge of prong and channel setting techniques is an asset.- Excellent visual acuity and very good manual dexterity.- You work in a meticulous, precise, rigorous, and autonomous manner.- You are calm and have an excellent capacity for quality.- Team spirit. jid2aa2e9baen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
