For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :

• Booking Purchase and Sale, Direct Orders / DVP Trades, Trade for Treasury Portfolio, Fund Transfer
• DCD (Dual Currency) Subscription
• Various taxes in connection with the purchase and sale
• Control cash and securities reconciliation
• Control and payment Swiss Stock Exchange Taxes and Bern Stock Exchange Taxes
• Control, announcement, and payment Swiss Federal Stamp
• Private Placements
• Reporting SIX Exchange & BX Exchange
• Weekly control for Audit (Share Point)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
• General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
• Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus (is an asset)
• Good command of the MS Office suite
• Solution oriented and pragmatic
• Team player and comfortable working in open space
• Stress resistant
