La Banque du Léman is looking for a new profile for its Back-Office Credit team

We are seeking a committed and motivated person who has:

  • Proven experience in credit activities in banking in Switzerland;
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French;
  • Rigor and very good organisation;
  • A (strong) desire to learn, to discover new processes, to work cross-functionally with other bank departments, especially commercial ones;
  • Good interpersonal skills, both internally and with external service providers;
  • A team spirit and a desire to develop their role and the bank in general!

Main duties of the position:

  • Processing files and contracts (mortgage, private, corporate, etc.);
  • Setting up credits and guarantees in liaison with notaries;
  • Administrative tasks: scanning and archiving; monitoring guarantees and conditions throughout the life of the credits;
  • Consistency checks on Back-Office activities: participation in company projects related to the service: improving tools, service operations, and team skills…
  • Languages and tools:
    • French: very good oral and written expression
    • German and/or English and/or Italian: a plus
    • Finnova banking software
    • Windows Office Suite
