What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training in the automotive sector (retail, spare parts sales, mechatronics or equivalent field)
  • At least 3 years of experience within a branded car dealership
  • Strong expertise in the sale of genuine spare parts, customer advice, identification of manufacturer references, order and stock management, as well as after-sales service follow-up.
  • You speak fluent French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics) and office software, as well as general IT knowledge.
  • You stand out through a keen sense of customer service.
  • You communicate openly, clearly and constructively.
  • High initiative, solution-oriented and team spirit.

Your Job:

  • Advise and support customers (professionals) in ordering genuine automotive spare parts by providing solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Accurately identify manufacturer references using electronic catalogues.
  • Prepare quotes and manage orders while ensuring fast and quality service.
  • Develop a trusting relationship with customers through personalised advice and your technical expertise.
  • Ensure follow-up of orders, deliveries and availability to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s commercial performance by identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Be a true ambassador of genuine spare parts by ensuring professional reception and a quality customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with technical developments of vehicle ranges and continuously enhance your product knowledge through the training offered.
