Who are we?

EXPERTAUTOMOBILE SA is an independent expert office. We collaborate daily with all stakeholders in the automotive sector: insurance companies, courts, legal protections, as well as garages and body shops. To strengthen our human-sized structure, we are looking for an autonomous and motivated automobile expert.

Your daily responsibilities

• Diversity of assignments: You independently carry out mechanical and bodywork assessments on a wide variety of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats, agricultural machinery).

• Analysis and evaluation: You assess damages, manage claims processing, analyse regulatory compliance as well as total loss handling, and write expert reports.

• Mediation & Advice: You act as a trusted advisor and impartial mediator in complex situations or disputed claims.

• Field and office: You manage your activities in the field, mainly in our operational area of La Côte and western Lausanne, while favouring teamwork for sharing knowledge and solutions within the company.

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal Diploma as an automobile diagnostician, workshop coordinator or body shop manager.

• Strong interest and aptitude to follow the automobile expert training (ASEAI).

• Significant experience in the automotive sector.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Good command of estimating tools (Audatex, Auto-i) and common IT tools.

• Rigor, strong sense of impartiality, keen taste for teamwork, analytical and synthetic skills for preparing expert reports.
