To support the continuous growth of our portfolio, we are strengthening our technical team and creating a new position in MCR100%. In this new role, you will be in direct contact with demanding local clients, mainly in the Flon district of Lausanne. Your strong service orientation and client focus will allow you to respond to their needs and deliver quality services.Your mission:- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of MCR and HVAC.- Competence in home automation and management of supervision.- Analysis of technical malfunctions remotely or on-site (defects, alarms).- Writing simple reports, placing orders, managing tickets.- Management of our dedicated software for FM and remote management.- In the long term, providing availability service among colleagues outside business hours.Profile:- CFC in electrical engineering or equivalent.- Excellent technical knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of building systems (BMS-MCR).- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the building sector.- Good knowledge of the French language.- Driving license.- Client and service orientation.Your chance:A varied and versatile position within a growing company.
