* Design & Development: Perform off-line and on-line coding, testing, and peer reviewing of automation solutions.
* Change Management: Own the design and execution of Automation Change Records (ACRs) and qualification/commissioning documentation.
* Leadership & Support: Serve as the Automation Lead for unit operations on complex projects and provide expert troubleshooting for system malfunctions.

* ### Qualifikationen ###

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or equivalent) or extensive, relevant professional experience.
* Proven experience in industrial automation within a regulated environment (ideally Pharma/Biotech).
* Strong proficiency in PLC/DCS programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, DeltaV) and experience with GxP environment and validation processes.
* Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams on complex projects (e.g., tech transfers, capital projects).
* English business fluent (written and spoken) is required
