Supra Group is a parent company located in Chavannes de Bogis in Switzerland (canton of Vaud). It has 3 subsidiaries (1 in Conroe, USA, 1 in Doubs, France and 1 in Haute Savoie, France) all specialised in precision machining working 100% for the automotive sector. The Group is looking for an automation engineer to strengthen its internal skills.

Position to be filled: automation engineer

Development in a demanding industrial environment.

The main tasks will notably consist of:

- Designing, realising, testing and commissioning hardware and software solutions

- Maintaining, renovating, improving and enriching existing hardware and software solutions according to the evolution of needs and technologies.

Siemens S7-300, S7-1500/ET2005.1.2 PLCs

Fanuc5.1.6 CNC

Siemens Simatic Manager, TIA Portal/Safety, WinCC, Starter, Star Drive (TIA)5.1.7 software

Solidworks software

Required aptitudes:

Discipline, method, organisation and rigour

Pedagogy

Adaptability, evolvability

Travel will be required to the Group's various subsidiaries.

This position requires a real appetite for fieldwork and a strong commitment both with support services (methods, maintenance..) and production teams.

Beginners accepted, provided they have solid technical foundations and demonstrate strong motivation, a willingness to learn and develop their skills in industrial automation.

Desired education level: bachelor or master HEC degree
