As part of the development of our industrial activities and our energy transition, we are looking to join our Maintenance department for a: Engineer in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Your responsibilities:- Develop, program, and optimize systems (Siemens Step7, TIA Portal).- Design and commission new installations potentially including industrial robots, supervision systems, or intelligent modules.- Analyze, model, and improve industrial processes to enhance reliability, performance, and safety.- Lead or participate in projects and initiatives (industry related), including robotics solutions, vision systems, or features related to AI applied to production (predictive maintenance, etc.).- Develop and maintain electrical diagrams, technical documentation, architectures, and also develop distributed architectures.- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on our systems and propose robust and long-term oriented solutions.- Collaborate with production, maintenance, IT, and R&D teams to ensure coherence and efficiency of the solutions implemented.- Prepare technical maintenance documents, provide specialized technical support on expertise.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Systems, or Master of Science in Engineering & Robotics, Systems or related discipline.- Very good knowledge of industrial systems (Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, Fieldbus, industrial networks (Profinet, etc.), SCADA (PC Vue, WinCC or equivalent), EPLAN for electrical diagrams).- An interest or experience in industrial robotics, vision robotics, autonomous systems, or knowledge of AI applied to industry is an asset.- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and sense of responsibility.- Excellent understanding of production environments.- Good technical skills (intermediate level preferred).- 5 years experience in a similar position.What we offer:- A demanding industrial environment transitioning to the factory of the future.- Concrete projects combining evolution and new technologies.- Strong technical autonomy and the possibility of having a real impact.Performance, Trust, Respect, and Ethics are our common values and reflect our culture and vision.
