In this human-sized group, products are designed, developed, industrialized, and produced in-house. To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for their future:Technician in continuous improvement & production management- Apply design for manufacturability (DFM) rules during development phases.- Organize and participate in validation campaigns.- Write, structure, and validate technical documentation (technical instructions, settings, master passage IT).- Analyze, estimate, and optimize production times and costs.- Design and integrate additional equipment on cells (mechanics & automation).- Qualify the equipment under your responsibility and define complementary controls.- Participate in product validation and perform MSA analyses to follow up on non-conformities.- Manage mechanical and series life projects independently.- Train production teams on equipment.- Monitor cell performance (OEE, quality, safety).- Diagnose malfunctions and drive corrective actions.- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and quality (QRQC, 8D).- Support teams during new product launches.- Deploy containment measures to follow up on customer returns and qualify associated solutions.Associated skills:Automation:- Reading and modifying programs (Siemens, Schneider or equivalent)Robotics:- Reading and modifying robot programs (Stäubli, Fanuc, ABB)- Modification of programs and vision systems (Keyence, Cognex)Mechanics:- Design of mechanical parts and simple jigsAutonomy:- Ability to work independently on technical projectsYour background:- Holding a degree such as a Bachelor, Licence, or ES Technician, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (production, process).The position, a permanent, full-time contract, is based in a border area offering a high quality of life.
