We serve as trusted advisors to some of the world's most prominent equity and asset management firms, helping them navigate complex structures, evolving regulatory frameworks, and the growing demands of global markets.Manager/Senior Manager - Equity/Asset ManagementYour Impact- Lead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion- Drive the audit of complex investment products across all asset classes including equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness- Manage SEC filing requirements and audits of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, including compliance with PCAOB and SOX requirements where applicable- Assess and advise on clients compliance with FINMA requirements, leading supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines- Advise clients on business opportunities arising from changes in asset management, supporting significant product and investment launches- Coordinate engagement teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions, ensuring seamless and high-quality delivery- Prepare audit files for Partner review and take a leading role in presenting audit findings to senior management and Boards of Directors- Build, develop, and deepen long-term client relationships- Establish yourself as a go-to advisor on technical accounting and the use of digital audit tools, analytics, and continuously improve audit quality and deliver value to clients- Develop and inspire your team through active coaching, structured feedback, and an environment where people can grow and thrive- Contribute to business development including proposals, thought leadership, and expanding our presence in the private markets spaceYour Skill Set- A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer), US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent- 5+ years of audit experience for Manager level; 8+ years for Senior Manager level, with a demonstrable track record in asset management, equity, or private markets at a Big 4 or comparable firm- Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), with proven experience managing SEC filings and applying PCAOB standards- Strong understanding of private markets investment structures, fund accounting, and the valuation of illiquid assets across asset classes- Familiarity with FINMA requirements and experience conducting supervisory audits is an asset- Proven experience in leading and developing teams, managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements across jurisdictions- Proficiency in digital audit solutions including audit technology, data analytics, and automation tools- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; German skills are a plus- A leader and builder, with the ability to inspire teams, manage client expectations and drive business outcomes- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunitiesYour ContactRecruitment TeamAny questions?
