You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, managing client and leading audit teams, while contributing to the continued development of our Audit responsibilities:Lead and manage the audit of annual and financial of and clients in accordance with Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRSPlan, and supervise audit engagements (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality reviews)Lead special audits such as capital increases, company and donor auditsAct as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, and reporting providing solutionsManage day-to-day client and ensure consistent, high-quality service deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the yearSupervise, coach, and develop audit team X complex actively to the development and growth of the Audit SwitzerlandApply and promote RSM s methodology, tools, culture, and values, acting as a role modelYour profile:Swiss Licensed Audit Expert6-10 years of experience in external audit, including 1-2 years in a managerial role, with exposure to both local and clientsStrong knowledge of Swiss CO, IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FERProven ability to independently analyse, document, and challenge complex and high-risk accounting experience managing client portfolios and leading audit teams X and complex engagementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and audit teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsFluent in French, with the ability to confidently and professionally in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used business experience with analytics tools is a plusProactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility in a fast-paced audit environmentWorkplace:Geneva or LausanneStart soon as possible jid23aa566aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
