Your Impact
Lead with Expertise: You will oversee integrated audits for clients in the Trade, Industries & Services sector, focusing on companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and file with the SEC.
Drive Excellence in SOX and PCAOB Compliance: Execute testing of SOX internal controls in line with the latest PCAOB guidance, leveraging your deep knowledge of internal controls for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities based in Switzerland.
Strategic Oversight: Manage statutory audits for companies reporting under Swiss law, as well as audits for private companies using IFRS. You will also lead audits of non-financial reports, such as ESG audits, reflecting the growing importance of sustainability in today's business landscape.
Collaborate Across Borders: Coordinate and lead international teams across the US and Europe, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality audit services.
Client-Centric Leadership: Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters and identifying opportunities to add value.
Deliver Insightful Results: Prepare audit files for Partner review and present findings to management or Boards of Directors, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Your Skill Set
Extensive Experience: You bring over 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on US GAAP, US GAAS, PCAOB, and SOX testing.
Certified Expertise: You hold a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of leading functional and cross-territory teams, expanding service offerings, and growing client portfolios through both account expansion and new client acquisition.
Global Perspective: You have successfully managed large, multi-location audits and are adept at coordinating with international teams.
Client Relationship Builder: You excel at building sustainable senior client relationships, earning trust and respect as a knowledgeable and valued advisor.
Strategic Insight: You understand clients' strategic, operational, and external drivers for change, and you inspire confidence by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
