The role focuses on strengthening M&E frameworks, improving quality, and supporting the effective use of performance for decision-making.Working closely with public health, epidemiology, and programme teams, you will help develop and M&E guidance, tools, and reporting systems, while inputs across multiple ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and revision of public health M&E frameworks, and feedback from X , M&E, and technical teams X consistency and qualityContribute to the enhancement of performance frameworks and reporting quality assurance processes, including reviews and consistency checksAssist with M&E system X improvements across the programme X and troubleshooting on reporting toolsPrepare analytical reports, and learning for internal stakeholdersSupport knowledge sharing, training sessions, and stakeholder meetingsContribute to ongoing public health measurement and ProfileUniversity degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a field3-5 years experience in monitoring & analysis, or health systemsStrong understanding of public health measurement and performance monitoringProven experience working with and reporting frameworksExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong to detail and ability to track changes across complex ability to work across teams X multiple stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & DesignMonitor processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose procedures, process maps, and RACIs as workflows evolve.Identify and opportunities throughout the cycle.Systems Solutions & lessons learned and recommend system business requirements and user ‘story development for new and activities.Provide ongoing support to system users, troubleshoot issues, and manage SNOW recurring issues and with technical teams X -term X & TrainingDevelop change management (FAQs, SOPs, guides).Deliver trainings, clinics, and webinars to strengthen user as a expert for system X funding and grant submission Profile:University degree in business finance, IT, engineering, or field.Experience in:Business process analysis and improvementProject managementCross ‘functional design of business IT solutionsStrong understanding of grant management workflows, including review, approval, and submission stages.Ability to support Grant Management Country Teams X request and grant submission, ensuring timely and high ‘quality completion of key processes.Familiarity with systems ( , GOS modules such as PF, budgets, PAAR, TRP/GAC submissions).Systems X end ‘usersExcellent skills in this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU you interested in this opportunity?
