To join our amazing team, we are looking for a professional who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, care, and agility.Dean of FacultyThe Dean of Faculty plays a central role in the day-to-day academic operations of the business school, ensuring the effective management and deployment of faculty to support excellence in teaching and learning. Reporting to the Dean, the Dean works closely with program directors and the Academic Office to support faculty performance, ensure the quality of pedagogical delivery, and align faculty contributions with institutional priorities. Through oversight of faculty resource planning and Centers of Excellence, the role helps advance the school s mission of impactful thought leadership.What will you do?- Provide overall leadership for faculty affairs, acting as functional manager and primary point of contact for all full-time and part-time faculty.- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic policies, programs, and standards in collaboration with Deans and the Academic Office (AO).- Plan and allocate faculty and pedagogical resources across programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and a rolling three-year capacity plan.- Monitor the quality of teaching quality and pedagogical effectiveness, and conduct faculty performance reviews in collaboration with program directors.- Manage the faculty recruitment, selection, onboarding, and career development in line with institutional policies and procedures.- Partner with the AO on faculty development, promotions, research and academic policy.- Oversee the strategy and performance of Centers of Excellence, ensuring alignment with the school s research and thought leadership goals.- Ensure the curriculum is innovative, relevant, and of high quality in collaboration with Deans and academic leadership.- Foster strong communication and collaboration among faculty, departments, and leadership.- Represent faculty and academic interests internally and externally, while contributing to a collegial, inclusive, and performance-driven academic culture, including alumni engagement.Who are you?- You have a PhD degree in a relevant field.- 10 years of experience in higher education with 3 to 5 years of experience in academic program development, curriculum design, and/or academic management.- You are recognized for a strong track record of pedagogical performance and teaching excellence.- You have proven leadership and management experience, including staff recruitment, development, and retention.- You have solid knowledge of academic quality assurance processes and standards.- You have strong analytical and budgeting skills, including financial and resource planning.- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.- You are able to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning and working environment.- You are fluent in English and French (C1), German is a plus.What we offer?- We offer you a permanent contract within a dynamic business area of an international institution, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.- We offer you responsibility, challenge, development opportunities and encouragement to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. jid9cde63caen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
