Your Mission:

As an Associate Calibration Engineer, you-ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of measurement and test equipment. You-ll ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, support continuous improvement, and help internalize calibration processes across multiple sites.

What You-ll Do:

· Perform calibration and verification of measurement and test equipment following established procedures and industry standards.

· Maintain accurate calibration records to ensure traceability and compliance.

· Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve equipment performance.

· Develop and refine calibration processes and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Lead internalization projects across sites and support method development.

· Manage calibration schedules to minimize downtime and ensure timely execution.

· Support internal and external audits with calibration data and documentation.

· Train calibration technicians and participate in ongoing learning initiatives.

 

What You Bring:

· Bachelor-s degree in engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Basic understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Familiarity with calibration software/tools is a plus.

Bonus Points:

· Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, aerospace).

· Certification in calibration or metrology (e.g., ASQ Certified Calibration Technician).
