For one of our clients, we are looking for an Assistant Trust Manager 100%. For one of our clients, we are looking for an Assistant Trust Manager in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The role will support the Senior Managers of the trust & fiduciary company.Assistant Trust Manager 100%Our client is a well established trust & fiduciary company in Switzerland and other financial places.Description- Supporting Senior Managers in administering a portfolio of clients and maintaining relationships with clients and third parties;- Maintaining records for trusts and companies, including document execution, file work, payment drafting resolutions, preparing client meeting reports and verifying bank statements;- Assisting Senior Managers with daily internal and external correspondence as requested;- Managing the opening and closing of custodian & bank accounts;- Maintaining the client database (Business Central);- Assisting with the closure and transfer-out of structures;- Participating in any internal project work as required;- Link with internal staff and external clients, banks and authorities in the day-to-day operations in the office.Profile- Trust background knowledge;- Part-qualified or studying towards relevant certification or diploma (STEP);- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role;- Good technical knowledge of trust company processes;- Good knowledge of legal and tax rules for client relevant jurisdictions;- Basic understanding of accounts, financial statements and investments;- Excellent verbal and written skills in English - concise and clear;- Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail;- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);- Multi-tasking across several clients and supporting other teams;- Work organization and time management on daily basis;- Team player.OfferOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a human-sized, well-being, dynamic and professional working environment. jid854508baen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
