Thanks to travel within Switzerland and flexible remote work options, we welcome applications regardless of your place of residence or personal situation.Your tasks:Collaborate closely with unit leaders as well as customers from the Swiss Air Force (SAF) and regional airportsServe as a key point of guidance to the manager, acting as his extended arm by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operationsTake full ownership of the division's tracking list and manage financial responsibilities related to contracts and internal processesMonitor, compile, and maintain all relevant statistics and dataPrepare meeting materials, including agendas, documentation, and follow?up itemsOrganize logistics for meetings, workshops, and internal eventsWrite meeting minutes and support the preparation of presentations and reports while providing dependable administrative and organizational supportWhat we are looking for:Several years of experience (typically 5+ years) in business support, combined with strong customer orientationExcellent organizational skills and a structured, proactive work style with a strong focus on qualityA high degree of discretion, integrity, and reliabilityConscientious, with the ability to think holistically and develop solutions beyond the obviousContinuous learning: You stay curious, value diverse perspectives, and apply new learning in your daily work.
