The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers assistance in community care and health services, social and professional integration support that meets the needs of the mission aimed at promoting home care, autonomy, and social inclusion by providing individualized support in each of its 5 sites and offering a complete range of services. With nearly 570 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities of the region, we are looking for a: ASSC (CDI %) for the Sion site.Your mission:You provide care tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries, administer delegated medico-technical care, and perform occasional support for social assistance in specialized fields. You actively participate in the dynamics of your team.Your profile:CFC in Assistant in Care and Community Health (or considered equivalent). Ability to listen and interpersonal skills; mastery of common tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset.
