We are looking for our client, a research leader in their field, an Assistant to the Head of Security (M/F):Assistant to the Head of SecurityTechnical Requirements:- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues, particularly in the context of security incidents.- Aptitude to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including public authorities.- Capability to establish, monitor, and improve processes and quality standards in the field of security.- Ability to plan, organize, and control security activities and projects.Behavioral Requirements:- Master emotions when facing challenging issues; be strong and persistent in the face of failure and adversity.- Deliver high-quality work on time, providing quick and effective service while considering client needs.- Express opinions, ideas, and suggestions convincingly and in a logical and structured manner.- Easily share knowledge and skills with others; train others to ensure knowledge transfer.Field of Experience:- Proven experience in security and/or the private sector (security forces, security companies, etc.).- Experience in security management or within security services on a large industrial site, campus, or in a multicultural environment is an asset.- Experience in incident management (analysis, response, implementation of corrective measures) is highly valued, especially in complex environments.- Experience with security services (guarding, access control, video surveillance, etc.) and monitoring service quality is preferred.- Experience with the implementation of business continuity or crisis management plans would be appreciated.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in security, risk management, law, management, or a related field (or equivalent with relevant experience).- Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English or French: ability to understand and express oneself in both languages in a professional context, as well as the ability to draft and/or translate precise texts in both languages.You will report directly to the Head of the Security Department. This department manages and develops the site's real estate and infrastructure. Among other things, it provides and maintains the necessary infrastructure and services to ensure the safety of anyone entering the site as well as the protection of their property.You will play a key role in the security of the site and will be involved in:- Participating in the implementation of the security policy and ensuring the monitoring of security policies, including managing site access rights by identifying gaps and proposing actions.- Coordinating the implementation of specific security measures for high-level visits (VIPs) and major events, in accordance with the directives and decisions of the Head of the Department.- Working closely with other departments as well as with public authorities when appropriate, in collaboration with the Incident Management Service, regarding security incidents on the sites: analyzing incidents, gathering available evidence, developing reports, and proposing corrective measures to the Head of the Department.- Developing and implementing plans and other documents related to security policies, ensuring their dissemination, testing, and regular updates.- Monitoring and managing day-to-day security-related concerns and site surveillance. This includes quality assurance, conducting audits, as well as updating business continuity plans and reporting to the Head of the Department.- Contributing to the analysis of needs and techniques for security projects and equipment, based on field feedback and developments. jidb972800aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
