To complete our team, we are looking for a: Chef de Partie (M/F) 57° Grill. Work location: Château. Contract type: Fixed-Term. Responsibilities: You will manage the preparation of vegetables and the start of meat and fish stocks. You will supervise cooking during small services. You will establish the respective mise en place for each section. You will manage the quality of the mise en place and inform the chef de partie if the quality of the products does not meet the requirements. You will supervise the cleaning and organizing of your section under the guidance of your superior. You will assist a commis and participate in their training. You will replace the chef de partie in cooking and making sauces in case of absence. Desired Profile: You master the technical basics of cooking, including cutting, seasoning, stocks, and sauces. You know and apply the good hygiene practices of HACCP and ISO. You are organized and rigorous in your work. You have an excellent sense of responsibility and teamwork.
