For our Vevey agency, we are looking for a:



Assistant Property and PPE Management



Your tasks:

For Property Management:

Assist property and PPE managers to ensure the administrative and technical management of a real estate portfolio on behalf of our owners.

  • Ensure high-quality telephone and face-to-face reception for our owner or tenant clients as well as with concierges and building supervisors,
  • Ensure follow-up of tenant relations for technical issues and management of related invoices,
  • Guarantee claims management,
  • Prepare leases and amendments related to these rentals and respond to subletting requests,
  • Collaborate in managing rent increases, indexations, instalments and reductions,
  • Prepare correspondence related to our clients’ requests.

For PPE:

  • Be the contact person for co-owners, concierges and building supervisors,
  • Organise and send all documents related to condominium management (meetings, management committee…),
  • Participate in and take minutes at general meetings,
  • Prepare correspondence related to our clients’ requests,
  • Collaborate in the technical management of condominiums (preparing work orders, requesting quotes, monitoring claims, etc.),
  • Process invoices,
  • Etc.

Profile sought:

  • Hold a commercial employee CFC and have proven experience (3 years) in a property management company in an administrative or technical assistant role,
  • Demonstrate very good organisational skills and appreciate responsibility and autonomy,
  • Be dynamic in temperament while demonstrating good stress resistance,
  • Have excellent command of French and be very comfortable with numbers,
  • Be proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel). Quorum is an asset
