As part of a temporary replacement, the Buildings, Sports and Estates Department of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position of:Auxiliary Project Manager at 80 - 100%Main tasks:- plan construction and development projects based on directives- maintain the municipal real estate portfolio- draw and develop construction and detail plans, premises layout and assume the responsibilities of a project manager and ensure follow-upWe are looking for:- ES diploma or holder of a Federal VET Diploma in architecture with several years of experience in a similar position- recognized experience in construction site management of at least 2 years- project manager diploma, knowledge of legal bases and technical standards in the building sector with good writing and spelling skills- mastery of tools related to the function (office software, AutoCAD and Revit or ArchiCAD, BIM tools)- knowledge of integrated building management tools (EPIQR and Investimmo, Archireport, or similar, Lesosai and/or EcoSai).Duration: As soon as possible until December 31Complete applications must be sent by July 19 via jid10b7f6faen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
