The city of Fribourg is offering a 80% assistant position (M/F) in the Department of Childhood, Schools, and Social Cohesion, Sector of Out-of-School Care. Your missions:Support the site manager in his/her tasks and the development of children in accordance with the missions of out-of-school care.Support and enhance the care of children with specific needs in accordance with the related concepts and foster relationships with parents and other partners.Engage in a comprehensive vision of the city's care services and actively participate in the reflections and improvement projects.Accompany children on-site.Work is scheduled for 5 days from Monday to Friday.Your profile:Diploma in the field of childhood or deemed equivalent.Confirmed professional experience in the care of children aged 4 to 12 years.Sense of responsibility, ability to work autonomously and in a team, reflection, and stress resistance.Ease in networking and communication.Knowledge of the Fribourg childhood network.Proficiency in professional tools, very good knowledge of the French language, and good knowledge of the German language.Start date: April 1st or to be agreed upon.Sensitive to sustainable development, the city of Fribourg requests that applications be submitted via the recruitment website (by February 22nd).
