To meet the many challenges it faces, the HIB is looking for a:ICLS - Assistant to the Director of Nursing at 100%Your missionIn collaboration with the Director of Nursing, you will be in charge of professional practices, clinical development, and will assume the following tasks:- Promote the acquisition and application of knowledge in the clinical field derived from EBP for the purpose of continuous quality improvement of care- Invest in the transfer of knowledge to nursing teams- Initiate, pilot, and accompany exemplary development projects- Develop an offer of advice, guidance, and support for teams- Support interprofessional collaboration- Coordinate and supervise clinical reference nurses and/or the supervision of students (PF, FEE, FA)- Support ethical reflection in the clinic- Ensure the management of the quality and safety of care domain (notably adverse events, ANQ, and prevalences)Your profileBenefiting from a Master's degree in nursing sciences, you possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care as well as confirmed experience as an ICLS. A certification or initial experience in a management function is an asset. Endowed with a team spirit and a good sense of responsibility, you demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Open-minded, you are proactive and have a marked interest in multidisciplinary work.
