A leading international energy company is seeking an Assistant Demurrage Analyst for an interim assignment based in Geneva.**Assignment period:**

* **Start date:** 1 February 2026
* **End date:** 30 July 2026

## Job Description ##



**Main Responsibilities**

* Support the Demurrage Analyst in classifying claims documents.
* Assist in preparing claim-related outputs and ensuring timely submission.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation received from internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and update internal tracking tools, databases, and filing systems.
* Liaise with internal teams (operations, trading, legal) to gather missing information when needed.
* Contribute to the analysis of demurrage claims, helping identify discrepancies or missing data.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of documentation workflows and processes.

## The Successful Applicant ##

**Requirements**

* Good knowledge of claims documentation.
* From 1 to 3 years of experience working with Claims or shipping documents.
* Fluency in French and English
* Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
