Employment Service (SEMP)The SEMP ensures, in collaboration with political, economic, and social actors, the balanced development of the labor market. It is organized into three entities: the management, the labor market office, and the office for employment and working conditions.MissionsYou primarily ensure the smooth operation of the service by providing direct support to the head of service and their deputy, notably through the proactive management of their agenda, rigorous monitoring of deadlines, as well as the careful processing of correspondence. In this context, you organize meetings or events and send invitations while anticipating and coordinating the follow-up of files. Furthermore, you take meeting minutes, manage their distribution, and actively participate in the drafting as well as the formatting of documents.Moreover, you ensure document tracking by taking charge of filing, archiving, and document management tasks. You are also responsible for drafting decrees and decisions. In addition, you handle telephone reception, the management of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as the processing of the service's electronic messaging.Finally, you collaborate closely with cantonal services and external partners. In this capacity, you guarantee active, fluid, and versatile transversal communication with other departments.ProfileHolder of a commercial diploma and a federal certificate for executive assistants, you have several years of experience in a similar function. You distinguish yourself by your excellent organization and rigor, allowing you to effectively manage priorities and ensure reliable follow-up of files.Discreet and trustworthy, you handle sensitive information with professionalism. You demonstrate great writing skills and know how to produce clear and precise documents. Autonomous and proactive, you respect deadlines and take appropriate initiatives. Endowed with an excellent sense of service, you evolve easily with varied interlocutors and understand the challenges of the public service well.
