Ensure customer reception, management, and logistics of orders (individuals, professionals, and distributors) as well as support for product actions, which are very prominent locally in both gastronomy and with large companies. Working hours: 7 AM / 1:30 PM. Desired profile: commercial or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer and/or order management. Good ability in customer contact. Rigorous, autonomous, and responsible. Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of an ERP (WinBiz or equivalent) is a plus; fluent in French and German (or Swiss German). Comfortable with social media. Main responsibilities: Receipt and entry of orders (direct clients, representatives, wholesalers, etc.). Establishing tour plans and transmitting them to teams. Contacts with carriers (Planzer, Zbinden, etc.) for deliveries outside tours. Monitoring and updating stock. Customer reception in our shop and processing sales. End-of-day cash closing. Control of content for social media in accordance with validated messages and editorial schedule. Support for marketing activities/project management.
