Main Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to internal procedures and policies.
- Conduct compliance reviews and identify gaps.
- Participate in compliance risk assessments.
- Update documentation and internal procedures.
- Ensure follow-up on corrective action plans.
- Prepare compliance reports and indicators.
- Raise awareness and support teams on Compliance matters.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Perform KYC/AML checks or other applicable regulatory controls.
Desired Profile
- Higher education in law, finance, audit, risk management, or a similar field.
- Experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or risk management.
- Good knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and organisational skills.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
