Within the Domain of Competences (DC) Elders, we welcome ageing people with disabilities, presenting intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Our multidisciplinary team supports them daily in an adapted, respectful, and stimulating environment. To complete our team, we are looking for a:
You will join a committed and supportive team working in several homes with 8 beneficiaries, where closeness and quality of relationships are essential. Your role is to support the residents in their daily lives with kindness and respect for their individual pace, taking into account the ageing process.
Your mission
Provide basic care
Deliver well-being, comfort, and safety care
Provide nursing support to beneficiaries in addition to institutional nurses while working closely with educational teams.
Your profile
Training as a Community Health and Care Assistant
Experience desired in the field of intellectual disability, elderly care, or palliative care
Positive and constructive mindset
Autonomy and flexibility
Driving licence required
