Your mission

• Provide medical-technical and basic care at the beneficiaries' homes.
• Monitor patients' health status and communicate information to the referring nurses.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and support at home.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent qualification.
• For foreign diplomas: mandatory CRS recognition.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Organisational skills, good listening, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
• Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
