The EMS de la Sionge is a human-scale institution located in the heart of Gruyère, spread over two sites in Sâles and Vuadens. We welcome 74 residents in a setting that is both professional and warm, based on a care approach "like at home" and personalised support for each elderly person.

We are looking for motivated individuals, ready to actively contribute to the development of our institution and the individualised support of elderly people.

Your profile

• HES nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree
• ASSC Federal Certificate of Competence
• Good clinical analysis skills
• Home located within approximately 30 minutes for nurses
• Ability to adapt to organisational changes

Your duties

• Provide care and individualised support to residents
• Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of participatory living spaces
• Collaborate in the collective dynamic and the achievement of the team’s common goals
