As part of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for our asphalt sector a:                                                               

Asphalt Foreman

Your challenges:

Reporting to the site managers, you ensure the operational management of asphalt sites and the management of field teams. In this capacity, you are responsible for:

• Organising and supervising one to two asphalt teams
• Planning and monitoring asphalt sites, from preparation to execution
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and current regulations
• Strictly ensuring the application of rules and requirements regarding safety, quality and environment
• Ensuring the proper use of machines and equipment
• Preparing daily reports and monitoring the work
• Being the main contact between the site and the work management

Your profile:

• Solid knowledge of bituminous coatings and their application
• Knowledge of asphalt machinery
• Holding M5 and M6 machine operator licences is a plus
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
• Autonomy, flexibility and dynamism.
• Good command of French
• Category B driving licence mandatory
• Federal Foreman certificate is a plus
