We are looking for an ASE and Nursery Group Leader for our KidsCare nursery in Villars-sur-Glâne, for a permanent position, with a start date immediately or to be agreed upon. Your MissionAs an early childhood educator, you play a key role in the overall development of the child and the implementation of the center's project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong ties between the team, families, and the center. Lastly, you supervise a small team made up of ASEs, interns, and APEs, thus fulfilling a managerial mission. ProfileDiploma in Early Childhood Education (ASE) or equivalent recognized by the competent authority. Bilingual in French/English is a prerequisite for team management. Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity. Acknowledgment of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for both children and your team.
