Our client, a fast-growing IT and managed services provider, is seeking an experienced interim financial controller to support the Swiss company during a critical integration phase. They are seeking a hands-on professional with in-depth finance and controlling expertise who will build efficient processes and drive operational excellence in a dynamic SME environment.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Establishment of efficient financial processes and reporting in accordance with group guidelines and chart of accounts
  • Review of historical entries and correction proposals for the opening balance sheet at group level
  • Implementation of accrual accounting and retrospective application
  • Introduction of a fast month-end closing (reduction from 4 weeks to 3 working days)
  • Preparation of a 3-year forecast plan in collaboration with management (initial implementation)
  • Conducting analyses on MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and customer churn
  • Support for full integration within 100 days
  • Establishment of financial administration for newly founded Swiss holding companies

Profil

  • Certified public accountant or equivalently qualified accounting/finance expert
  • Several years of experience as a Financial Controller / Finance Manager (Mid-Senior Level)
  • Strongly hands-on, problem-solving skills and independent in dealing with complex issues
  • Fluent knowledge of (Swiss) German and English (both mandatory)
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, ideally experience in IFRS or other GAAP conversions
  • In-depth understanding of Swiss legislation, tax returns, reporting and audit processes
  • Experience in the SME environment is an advantage
  • Confident use of ERP systems (Blue Office, Lucanet advantageous)
  • Ability to independently build and manage a finance function
