Architect / Project Manager / Works DirectorIn the context of developing our business, we are looking for an Architect / Project Manager / Works Director with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience. Main activities include executing all architect phases SIA 41, 51, 52, and 53 of calls for tenders, supervising works, and controlling costs. Site monitoring, technical, and financial management during execution phases. Coordination with specialized stakeholders, companies, and project owners. Your profile: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Switzerland. Good knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, calls for tenders, contractual management). Proven experience in site management and companies. Proficiency in ArchiCAD software (an asset). Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Sense of rigor and autonomy. Proactive spirit and attention to detail. Available immediately or to be agreed upon (2-3 months).
