Deployed across multiple sites, the Institution of Lavigny is responsible for missions and at 80% deployment. The Institution of Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, whether intellectual or physical, a specialized school, and a sector and site of Plein Soleil in Lausanne, which is a unique living and care facility in the Canton of Vaud. It offers short or long-term accommodation, socio-cultural activities, and daytime reception for people with neurological diseases or brain injuries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a mission officer for an unlimited duration, at an activity rate of 80%, based in the mission department at 80%. You will be part of the management team with a strong role, contributing to the coherence and efficiency of the department's activities. At the intersection of analysis and project management, you will ensure reliable processes, structure monitoring tools, and provide keys to support decision-making. Your role adds high value: you transform projects into concrete and measurable actions, advancing the files under your responsibility. Main responsibilities and management: you prepare and monitor files, organize steering bodies, and ensure the effective implementation of decisions. Analysis and reporting: you design and conduct in-depth analyses by transforming data into clear and directly actionable deliverables to facilitate decision-making. You collect relevant information, structure solid analysis files, and present them clearly, succinctly, and convincingly to effectively support projects. Management of cross-functional projects: you lead internal projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deploy tools and solutions, including innovative projects and processes: you identify inefficiencies, simplify procedures, and reduce unnecessary interfaces to improve fluidity and efficiency: you act as a true liaison between management, department executives, and cross-functional services. You ensure communication between various stakeholders and work closely with HR on institutional and sectoral topics: you analyze and anticipate environmental changes to guide and strengthen the department.Profile: You hold a university master's degree or a HES in economics, management, public administration, or equivalent, and you have a successful experience in project management or internal consulting, ideally in a complex environment (health, public or semi-public). You excel in data analysis and synthesis, with a strong appetite for digital tools and production to illuminate decision-making. Organized, autonomous, you know how to structure files, prioritize actions, and concretely advance projects. Your writing skills allow you to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and produce clear and actionable summaries.
