On behalf of my client, a general contractor, I am looking for an Architect - with approximately 50% experience. Architect HES or in buildings. At least 5 years of experience in an architecture firm in Switzerland. Knowledge of construction regulations (PPE plans, work descriptions). Proficiency in Archicad 28. Proficiency in Artlantis or other 3D rendering software. Synthesis images. Impeccable French, English proficiency, a driving license and possibly a vehicle. Feasibility studies. Project establishment (villas, buildings, existing buildings). Surveying. Measurements, execution plans, and details. Supervision of works.
