Apprenticeship as Kitchen Assistant EBA
What you will achieve
- Preparation of cold and hot dishes
- Getting to know products as well as their proper storage and processing – from delivery to serving
- Learning and applying hygiene and safety regulations
- Assisting with cleaning tasks and dishwashing organisation
What you bring
- Completion of compulsory schooling
- Enjoyment of cooking and interest in handling food
- A sense of order, cleanliness and high hygiene awareness
- Openness in dealing with people and a pinch of humour
- Good oral & written German skills (at least level B1)
