Apprentice Agent Responsibilities: During your apprenticeship, you will ensure the link between the Department of Motor Vehicles and the clients. Using various communication channels (telephone, email, web, mail, interactive voice service, etc.), you will provide your interlocutors with answers to questions and requests in a personalized manner. Over the phone, you will conduct various types of interviews depending on the assigned tasks.
