Apprentice Client Agent CFC (F/M/D) DURATION: 3 years (from August 17 to August 31) ACTIVITY RATE: 100% DEADLINE: The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies is a research and higher education institution specialized in the study of global affairs located in the heart of Geneva. The reception service of the Maison de la Paix is looking for an apprentice client agent CFC. This three-year apprenticeship aims to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in business school by integrating the apprentice into the reception team. Apprentice Client Agent CFC (F/M/D) Main tasks: Ensure the reception of all individuals within the Institute, connecting them with the relevant departments, services, and individuals. Apply the established procedures (e.g., VIP, security, quality standards for reception). Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls. Participate in logistical support during events and perform various tasks (including cash management and follow-up). Sort and distribute mail. Desired profile: Successfully completed schooling. Good command of French and good knowledge of English (minimum level B2). Sense of responsibility, respect for deadlines. Good listening skills and ability to prioritize.
