Joining our kitchen means becoming part of a dynamic, supportive, and passionate team, where one learns the profession in a respectful and practical atmosphere. Every day, you participate in meaningful work, connecting with residents, and gradually develop your know-how alongside experienced professionals. You will join the Kitchen team of Colombière, in Misery, which currently has 4 members. Here, you are part of a small, close-knit team, where good mood is part of daily life and mutual support is essential. You will have the opportunity to benefit from real support throughout your apprenticeship.We offer you:The chance to discover the working world in a dynamic kitchen team that is constantly seeking new ideas to delight our residents' taste buds, and you will receive follow-up throughout your apprenticeship by an engaged team of experienced professionals. You will work with daytime hours from Monday to Friday. For the success of your CFC, we provide you the opportunity to practice at your workplace for your final exams. Upon obtaining your CFC, you will receive a bonus in the form of a reward.Your profile:A certificate of completion of schooling or you are nearing the end of your schooling and are excited to discover the dynamic world of gastronomy, voluntary, and comfortable with people with disabilities. You are ready to work in a team with the desire to create new recipes for the success of your apprenticeship, and you are prepared to invest 3 years in achieving your goals.Objectives:Participate in the development of menus according to the seasons with adapted foods as well as dietary accommodations for our residents. Apply different cooking methods as well as respecting HACCP standards. Control the delivery of goods.The recruitment process:Step 1: Phone interview with the person in charge of recruitment (15 min)Step 2: HR interview with the team leader and the team manager (60 min)Step 3: Small oral presentation on a kitchen-related case (30 min)Step 4: One-week internship within the team.Are you interested in this challenge starting in August?
